Church and community groups are welcome to negotiate prices where they are an obstacle.
These charges were correct at time of publishing and include GST.

Catering
Nancy Illing (07 843 7508) or Carol Taylor (07 827 7543) are available to cater for your needs.
You are required to organise your own catering needs and kitchen staff.
We ask that you leave the kitchen clean and tidy otherwise an additional cleaning charge will be made.
Hire of Kitchen for meal preparation $50 plus a deposit of $50.00 which will be refunded if the kitchen is left clean and tidy.

Policy on booking changes and cancellations
· Provisional bookings will be held for only 14 days to allow you time to complete and return the booking form and a non-refundable deposit of $100 per day of booking. The deposit will be credited against your final account. If you fail to return your form and deposit within this time your booking may be lost. For part day bookings the deposit is equal to the total cost of the booking.
· Two weeks before the event we need to know your final numbers. While you may increase the numbers coming (subject to the space being available) the invoice you receive will be based on at least the numbers and facilities you confirmed with us by this date.
· If you cancel more than four weeks before your event, deposit money may be used as a credit towards an alternative booking at the centre within one year of the cancelled booking.
· If you cancel within four weeks of your event and we are unable to re-book the facility, your deposit is forfeit.
· If you cancel within two weeks of the event and we are unable to re-book the facility, we will charge you for the whole cost of accommodation and the facilities you have booked.
Damage
·
Any breakage or damage (including
soiled carpets) beyond reasonable fair wear and tear is your
responsibility and we invoice you for cleaning and/or repairs.
Payment
·
Payment in full is required within seven days after receipt of
our invoice.
